Jump-N-Pump is
designed to tone, strengthen and condition the entire body using
safe and effective techniques with a weighted jump rope. The weighted speed rope provides a
two in one workout, building both cardio and strength. The removable
weights in the handles provide extra resistance and increased workout
intensity. Young children and teens will both receive a great
workout while moving to upbeat music.

Jumping rope is an excellent exercise that is relatively easy
and has a
multitude of benefits and a low injury risk factor.
Ten minutes of jumping rope can burn as many
calories as 30 minutes of slow jogging! But unlike jogging, when
performed correctly, jumping rope puts a lot less stress on your
knees and back as well as exercises nearly every muscle in your
body. It even reduces cellulite, and in some cases, eliminates
it altogether. It is one of the best exercises to combat osteoporosis,
because it is a full-body, weight-bearing exercise.
According to the National Institutes of Health, jumping rope
burns approximately 750 calories per hour, which is more than
any other popular exercise except running. The faster you jump
the more calories you burn.

Our children are naturally creative and adventurous and the kitchen

Kids and teens will learn basic cooking techniques,
kitchen safety, new ingredients and how to follow recipe directions.
These classes are designed to build nutritional knowledge and
kitchen confidence.

This program is structured for children between 6 and 12 years of age. Children
participate in obstacle courses, aerobic workouts, strength training workouts
and many more activities that will help make them healthier and stronger. We
make exercising fun and effective!
We are also available to do health and fitness
presentations at schools, community centers and churches.

Super Kidz is a self defense and
awareness class designed to teach children to protect themselves
using simple and powerful techniques. The class aims to provide
personal empowerment and educational opportunities for children
concerning awareness and self-defense strategies while instilling
confidence and reducing the possibility of adverse physical control
and/or harm.
Classes are designed to be fun while learning very important techniques. Super Kidz self defense and awareness classes will teach:
How to react if confronted by a stranger.
Assertiveness training
Interactive role-plays
Easy-to-learn physical techniques
Age groups: 5 to 7 and 8
to 11 year olds. Classes are taught by volunteer instructors
